Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is shipped to you damaged or defective (due to damages and issues stated above), you must return the item within 5 days after receipt.
Returns will only be accepted if your purchase is damaged, defective or wrongly delivered.
Otherwise, returns for all other reasons are strictly not permitted.
You can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you may return the item to us at our studio, or you may arrange for a return to us at a mutually convenient day and time. Please keep proof of tracking/shipping.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds are strictly not allowed. Please consider carefully before proceeding with a purchase. Once the order has been made, there will be no refunds allowed.
